Intercom Fin pricing
Fin publishes $0.99 per outcome, with a 50-outcome monthly minimum. That rate covers a resolution, a procedure handoff, a disqualification, or self-serve routing. A qualification is $9.99. A conversation simply passed to your team is not charged. Seats, Copilot, Pro, and Fin Voice sit beside that rate. This page itemizes what is public and what is still a sales conversation.
$0.99 is real. It is not the whole bill.
Fin's pricing page is one of the few in this category that prints a rate. With a helpdesk you already run, Fin lists $0.99 per outcome and a minimum of 50 outcomes a month. With the Intercom desk, the same outcome price sits next to helpdesk seats from $29 per seat per month. The page says there is no setup fee, no integration fee, and no platform fee on that outcome price.
You are charged once per conversation, even if Fin takes several actions. The billable events at $0.99 are a resolution, a procedure handoff, a disqualification, and self-serve routing. A qualification, matching a prospect to criteria you defined, is $9.99. Passing the conversation to your team with no outcome is not a charge. The definition is the price.
A 14-day trial does not ask for a card, and Fin outcomes are unlimited during it. On a helpdesk other than Intercom, Fin says there is no added seat fee, and that minimum commitments still apply. Copilot is $35 per user per month and, on the same page, currently available for Salesforce.
Two things stay off the simple rate. Fin Voice is custom, for selected customers, through sales. The Pro add-on starts at $99 a month and includes Operator; extra Operator credits are $0.01. Eligible startups can apply for 93% off Intercom and a year of Fin. That discount is a program, not the list price.
What Fin counts as an outcome
One outcome per conversation. The rate depends on which event it was. Read on 29 September 2026.
| Rate | What the page says it is | |
|---|---|---|
| Resolution | $0.99 | No further help after Fin's last answer |
| Procedure handoff | $0.99 | A procedure you set to hand off |
| Disqualification | $0.99 | A prospect that fails your criteria |
| Self-serve routing | $0.99 | A prospect sent to a self-serve path |
| Qualification | $9.99 | A prospect matched to your criteria |
| Pass to your team | Not charged | No outcome on that conversation |
Fin's meter and Sainapse's fee
These columns use different units. A Fin outcome is not an AI-handled ticket. Do not subtract one price from the other and call it savings.
| Fin | Sainapse | |
|---|---|---|
| Public starting price | $0.99 per outcome | From $500 a month |
| Included volume | None. 50 a month minimum | 1,000 tickets on Starter |
| Past the included | The same $0.99 | $0.50 on Starter and Growth |
| Intercom seats | $29 per seat per month | Not an Intercom seat product |
| What stays custom | Fin Voice | Enterprise commitment |
| Trial | 14 days, no card | Not a self-serve trial |

When Fin's pricing is the better fit
Fin is the better buy when you want a number before a sales call and the work is the customer conversation. Few products in this search let finance multiply a published outcome rate by volume, start a 14-day trial without a card, and keep the helpdesk they already run. If that is the project, the $0.99 line is the honest place to start.
Model the list, not the headline. Ten thousand outcomes at $0.99 is $9,900 before anything else. Each qualification is $9.99, not $0.99. Intercom seats are $29 if you buy the desk. Copilot is $35 per user where it is offered. Pro starts at $99. Fin Voice has no public rate. A pass to your team, with no outcome, is free. That is the bill shape. It is still arithmetic, not your invoice.
Fin is also the better buy when you are staying on Intercom and want the smallest project: turn the agent on, rather than add a second vendor. The page says Fin can update external systems. That is a real claim. It is not the same thing as being the system of record your team already works in.
Sainapse fits when you want a platform fee, included AI-handled tickets, and a $0.50 overage on Starter and Growth under a cap you set, and the job is the record. It does not offer Fin's trial. It is not automatically cheaper at any volume, because the units differ. Enterprise on both sides is a conversation, not a webpage.
What Sainapse runs in production
Ford, four-plus years live
300+ specialists, 250K+ tickets a year, embedded natively in ServiceNow. 95% copilot accept rate. Resolutions applied by engineers without edits. ~100% triage and routing accuracy. Hand-offs per resolved ticket 4 to 1.2.
An enterprise SaaS support desk
400+ specialists, 1.2M+ tickets a year, 12 months live inside the helpdesk. Customer-initiated touchpoints per resolved ticket 4 to 1.2. CSAT +35%, concurrent with the Sainapse period, as correlation, not a causal claim.
How these numbers are measured
Accept rate is the service desk's own accept and reject telemetry, not a survey. Hand-off counts exclude automated steps. Satisfaction movement is published as correlation because that is what the readout is.

Common questions
Fin's page says $0.99 per outcome, and an outcome is not only a resolution. Procedure handoffs, disqualifications, and self-serve routing are also $0.99. A qualification is $9.99. You are charged once per conversation. A pass to your team with no outcome is not charged. The 50-outcome monthly minimum applies to the published price.
Yes, if you buy Fin with the Intercom helpdesk. The page lists $29 per helpdesk seat per month on top of the outcome rate. On a helpdesk other than Intercom, Fin says there is no added seat fee, and that minimum commitments still apply. Copilot, at $35 per user per month, is a further add-on and is currently available for Salesforce.
Multiply the published rate, then add what the rate does not cover. Ten thousand outcomes at $0.99 is $9,900. Qualifications are ten times that rate. Seats, Copilot, and Pro are separate. Fin Voice is not on the rate card. That arithmetic is not a discount and not a quote. Fin does not publish a volume band that lowers the $0.99.
With a platform fee and included AI-handled tickets, not a per-outcome meter. Starter is $500 a month with 1,000 tickets. Growth is $2,000 with 5,000. Extra tickets on those plans are $0.50, and billing stops at a cap you set. Enterprise is custom. An AI-handled ticket is not a Fin outcome, so the pages cannot be subtracted.
When you want a trial this week, a rate you can multiply, and the work is the conversation on a helpdesk Fin already sits on. Sainapse is the better fit when the desk stays and you want included volume under a cap, and the job is the record. Neither price makes the other product wrong.
