What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device. The site also uses similar technologies (local storage, pixels, and scripts that identify a browser across pages) for the same jobs: keeping the site working, measuring how it is used, and understanding a visit.
This policy covers sainapse.ai only. It does not cover cookies a customer’s own systems set when they use the Sainapse platform, which those systems control.
What this site loads today
On production hosts the site loads Google Analytics, PostHog, and Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. There is no consent banner. Those analytics load as soon as the page does, so we can see how the site is used.
PostHog is configured to record sessions. Form inputs are masked, and text marked for masking is not recorded. On localhost those analytics scripts do not initialise, and Google Analytics also refuses to run off the production host.
Consent and how to control cookies
You can control cookies in your browser: block them, delete them, or send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
The site does not currently honour a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal as a substitute for a browser cookie setting. If we add a consent banner, this page will describe the categories you can accept or refuse.
Changes to this policy
We will post updates on this page and change the date above. A new analytics vendor is added to the table below before it starts collecting data from visitors on sainapse.ai.
How to contact us
Questions about cookies can be sent to contact@sainapse.ai, or through the form on the book-a-demo page if you would rather not write an email.
