The intelligence layer for customer operations
Sainapse turns the signals customer operations teams already generate — tickets, orders, documents, account history — into work that gets completed inside the systems those teams already run on.
What we build
Sainapse Inc. was founded in 2021 to close the gap between knowing what a customer needs and actually doing it.
Most customer operations work is not a conversation. It is a purchase order that has to become a sales order, a ticket that has to be classified and resolved against a knowledge base, an account whose risk is visible in a dozen systems and assembled in none of them. Chatbots answer questions; the work stays undone.
One engine carries three workflows — customer support, document intelligence, and account intelligence — and each resolves a different part of the customer lifecycle. Sainapse reads what arrives, decides what to do, and completes the work in Freshdesk, Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle, or whatever the team already runs on. It acts on its own only where a customer has said it can, and every action it takes is governed, auditable, and reversible.
Three workflows, one engine
Customer Support
Tickets classified, drafted, acted on, and resolved end to end inside the helpdesk the team already uses, escalating to a person only when the case is genuinely ambiguous.
WorkflowDocument Intelligence
Purchase orders, invoices, and order forms read in any format, checked against master data, and written into the system of record as a validated entry.
WorkflowAccount Intelligence
Support, CRM, and document signals linked into one account record, scored for risk, so churn shows up as a pattern weeks before it shows up as a cancellation.

The fastest way to understand what Sainapse does is to point it at a queue you already know.
