Pricing

One platform fee. One unit. You set the cap.

Every plan includes the platform, your integrations, and a monthly volume of AI-handled tickets. On Starter and Growth, past that it is fifty cents a ticket; Enterprise commits its capacity up front instead. Billing never passes the hard cap you set.

Plans

Every plan is the full platform

Tiers change the included ticket volume and the systems you can connect. The resolution engine, the assist sidebar, classification, and account enrichment ship on all three.

Starter

For teams proving the automation on one desk.

$500/month

Where every plan starts

  • 1,000 AI-handled tickets a month
  • Full resolution engine and assist sidebar
  • 2 integrations
  • A hard spend cap you control
Enterprise

A fixed annual license against a stated capacity.

Customannual

Everything in Growth, plus

  • Committed ticket capacity at committed rates
  • Document and Account Intelligence programs
  • VPC deployment, on-prem connectors, SCIM
  • A dedicated CSM and a custom SLA

Enterprise pricing is one predictable annual number based on committed capacity, connected systems, and deployment scope. The price we quote is the price.

Overage on Starter and Growth is $0.50 per extra AI-handled ticket, one rate with no volume bands. Enterprise commits capacity at committed rates instead, with a true-up rather than overage. Billing never passes the hard cap you set.

Annual billing takes 10% off the platform fee. The assist sidebar, classification, and passive account enrichment are included on every plan and never metered.

What the AI does on each plan

Every plan runs the same resolution engine. The rows that unlock at Growth change how you shape the work, not how well it answers.

StarterGrowthEnterprise
Field classificationClassifies your configured ticket fields (category, priority, product area) against your controlled vocabulary, with a confidence score per prediction.
AI reply draftingDrafts grounded replies for human review. A draft alone never bills as an AI-handled ticket.
Full autonomous resolutionReads the ticket, retrieves knowledge, calls tools, writes back to your helpdesk, and closes the loop. Below your confidence threshold it hands to a human instead of acting.
Custom workflow builder
AI quality gateA second model independently reviews high-risk replies before they ship to a customer.
Passive contact and account enrichmentContext derived from tickets you already own. Always on, never billed: it is what raises your resolution rate over time.
In-helpdesk assist sidebarChat with the AI about the ticket you are on, inside your helpdesk, with full ticket, contact, and account context. Sidebar usage never counts toward your AI-handled tickets.IncludedIncludedIncluded

Security, administration, and support

Tenant isolation and per-organization encryption are how the platform is built, not an upgrade. The rows that gate are the ones enterprises run through procurement.

Pricing FAQ

A ticket, order, or case our AI took any action on, counted once per calendar month, no matter how many classifications, drafts, tool calls, or internal steps that took. If we did not touch it, it does not count. You can verify every counted ticket in the ledger.

You set a hard spend cap at signup. We alert you at 80% and 100% of included volume. At the cap, the AI stops taking on new overage work instead of billing you. You can raise or remove the cap yourself at any time.

No. Your whole team uses Sainapse at every plan level: agents, admins, reviewers. We charge for work completed, not for people watching it happen.

Freshdesk, Google Workspace, and inbound webhooks are available on every plan; your plan's slot count is how many systems you can have connected at once. Salesforce and ServiceNow unlock on Growth, and on-premise connectors like ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus are part of Enterprise. There are no per-connector fees.

Enterprise is one fixed annual number against a stated capacity: committed ticket volume, connected systems, environments, and deployment scope, with a true-up clause instead of overage. No credits, and no per-unit rate to police.

No. The prices on this page are the prices. Enterprise quotes are fixed once scoped, and renewal increases are contractually capped.

See the meter run on your own tickets

On Starter and Growth the model is four numbers: your platform fee, your included tickets, fifty cents past them, and the cap you set. Enterprise commits capacity instead.
