Who we are, and what this covers
Sainapse Inc. operates sainapse.ai and the Sainapse customer-intelligence platform. Privacy questions go to contact@sainapse.ai, or through the form on the book-a-demo page.
On the website Sainapse is the controller of the personal data it collects. Inside a customer’s deployment of the platform, Sainapse processes customer personal data as a processor, on that customer’s instructions.
What we collect, and how we use it
From the website we collect the fields on the demo and contact form: name, work email, company, the systems you use, a topic, a message, and technical context used to deliver and debug the inquiry.
We use website data to answer inquiries, run demos, measure how the site is used, keep it secure, and follow up with people who asked to hear from us.
Inside a customer deployment we process the operational records the customer sends (tickets, emails, purchase orders, account records, and the people named in them) only to provide the service that customer asked for.
How AI systems process personal data
Sainapse is an AI product. Personal data that appears in a customer’s tickets, documents, or account records may be sent to models so the platform can classify work, extract fields, draft a response, or write back to a system the customer already uses.
Where Sainapse proposes a write into a customer system, the product is designed so a person on the customer’s team can review it, and so a failed check posts nothing. Every write is logged with its reasoning.
Sainapse does not use customer personal data to train general-purpose foundation models offered to other customers. Model providers that process Customer Data on our behalf are listed on the Subprocessors page.
Google user data
When a customer connects a Gmail mailbox, Sainapse accesses it through Google’s Gmail API: we read messages delivered to the connected mailbox to turn them into support tickets, and we send the replies the customer’s team writes so they reach the requester in the same email thread. Message content may be processed by our AI subprocessors to provide these features.
We share Google user data only with service providers processing it on our behalf to operate Sainapse, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations. We do not use it to develop, train, or improve generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models; we do not sell it or share it with advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers.
Our staff do not read messages except with the customer’s permission, for security, or as the law requires. Google user data is protected by encryption in transit and at rest and access controls, and is stored and deleted under the same retention terms as all other platform Customer Data in this policy.
A customer can disconnect a mailbox at any time in Sainapse, or revoke access from their Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions); we then stop accessing the mailbox and delete Google user data on request at contact@sainapse.ai. Sainapse’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
How long we keep personal data
We keep website inquiry data for as long as we need it to answer you, run the sales process, and meet legal or audit duties, then we delete or irreversibly de-identify it.
Platform Customer Data is kept for the life of the customer’s contract and is deleted or returned when that contract ends, except for backups that expire on their ordinary cycle and records we must keep by law.
Security, children, and how to reach us
Sainapse is built so a customer can set the confidence bar, send a risky write to a person first, and keep an audit trail of what the system did and why. The website and the platform are for business use, not for children under sixteen.
We will post changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes that affect customers will also go to the email we have on file. Write to contact@sainapse.ai with any privacy request.
