Alerts arrive with their evidence attached.
When account signals cross a threshold, Sainapse does more than send a notification: it re-routes the open ticket, briefs the CSM with the signals behind it, and flags the account when the value warrants it.
How it works.
The plan uses the machinery the rest of the platform already runs on: threshold rules configured as workflows, every alert carrying its trigger, its signals, and a recommended action, every decision logged with its reasoning.
Workflow alerts run in the platform today; account-risk alerts are the next step.

On top of the linked account record and the health and tier kept in sync on it
The same record every other Account Intelligence capability reads, so an alert arrives with the account's context already attached rather than as a bare notification someone has to go research.
