PDFs, scans, Excel files no one would call clean, phone photos of forms. Sainapse meets documents where they arrive, including the inbox. An email body is a document too, and Sainapse reads and replies through Gmail.
How it works.
Sainapse identifies the document type at intake and applies the right processing: OCR on scans and photos, layout analysis on tables and messy spreadsheets, email parsing on body and attachments together.
None of it depends on format-specific rules, and nobody pre-sorts the inbox.

10,000+ formats in production at Avery Dennison. No customer was asked to change how they send. The same intake tolerates merged cells, three-header-row sheets, rotated scans, and photos with glare. If a person can read it, Sainapse can too.
