This list is for hosted Sainapse

This is the set of subprocessors for the Sainapse-hosted product. These terms do not apply to on-premises installations, which have a case-by-case list of published subprocessors.

If you run Sainapse in your own environment, ask your Sainapse contact for the published subprocessor list that applies to that installation. Do not treat the table below as covering on-premises deployments.

What a subprocessor is

A subprocessor is a third party Sainapse uses to process personal data on a customer’s behalf. Website vendors we use as a controller of our own marketing site are listed here as well, so the two lists can be reviewed together.

Vendors that only see website analytics sit in the Cookie Policy too. Vendors that can see Customer Data inside a hosted deployment are the ones a hosted customer’s processing terms actually authorise.

Changes

How this list changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. Customers who want notice of a new platform subprocessor can ask for it at contact@sainapse.ai, and we will give at least thirty days before that vendor processes Customer Data.

If you object to a new platform subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds, write to us in that window and we will work with you on an alternative before the change takes effect.
