Extraction is step one of a loop that ends with a validated record in your system, not a JSON file someone still has to key in. Every value carries a confidence score, and a new layout doesn't break it.

High-confidence fields flow through automatically, lower-confidence fields route to a human reviewer, and every correction becomes training data.
