## Sainapse runs inside Ford's own network

Sainapse sits on a dedicated machine Ford provisioned, behind Ford's firewall. It does the same work there that it does in the cloud, across Document Intelligence, Customer Support, and Account Intelligence, routing model traffic through the endpoints Ford approves and connecting to the systems Ford's IT team already operates.

Before Sainapse

## The challenge

A company the size of Ford cannot buy software the way a smaller company can.

Where the data sits, which network the machine runs on, which model endpoints it may call, and how a new vendor gets onboarded all get settled by IT and security before the first person logs in.

Ford wanted those answers and it wanted the same Sainapse everyone else runs, not a cut-down build made to clear review.

The deployment

## What Sainapse delivered

A bare-metal VM inside Ford's network running the Sainapse customer operations platform.

Sainapse-managed services (storage, relational database, vector database, container hosting) can be swapped for Ford-managed equivalents where Ford prefers to host internally.

LLM traffic routes through either a Ford-provisioned endpoint inside Ford's VPC or through Sainapse's Anthropic account, depending on Ford's preference. The whole stack ships SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified.
